Elizabeth Shaw 'Special Moment' giveaway

Long have I been a fan, Chris buys me a Elizabeth Shaw Easter egg, most years. My younger years at Christmas, Granny would always have a box of Elizabeth Shaw mint crisps the round box with wrapped discs of dark minty chocolate.  In those days where chocolate was a rare treat, I would eye them up all evening, waiting for them to be opened and passed around. Unravelling the gold wrapper was exciting and the  chocolate with cool mint taste was the treasure within.

Nowadays I cannot wait for high days and holidays, I tuck into them when I want to treat myself, for 'just because' times and sharing while watching a film. Sitting in the rare sunshine etc.

There are many new additions to the Elizabeth Shaw range, alongside mint, there are raspberry bites, orange and amaretto, cappuccino and others, all have that wonderful quality chocolate taste.

This weeks 'just because' time was a little coffee and a lot of mint crisps, with some gorgeous citrussy Orange Flutes, dreamy and perfect for a pamper. They are seriously good, rich orange to nibble on and chocolate mini thin slabs with mint pieces scattered on top. They make the perfect after dinner accompaniment for guest, great as a gift, but better if you get to be by yourself and have a moment!!

OK my 'just for you time' I am letting you know about the new big, rather cool competition, prizes of as you guessed, chocolate and its weekly until November, I know my readers like to know about new competitions. This time if you enter you don''t get to win a prize!!!

"What?" I hear you cry, "Chocolate competition, with no chance of me winning?"

Fear not, its a chance to win for somebody you love more than scoffing those dreamy morsels yourself and also you may win here on the blog as Elizabeth Shaw are happy to treat a reader to a prize here.

So onto the main feature first, the ‘Making Every Moment Special’ competition.

Three lucky people will be chosen each week to receive a luxury box of chocolates.  However, instead of getting a box yourself, you will decide who you want to receive a box, by nominating someone who is celebrating something or has done something special to get a delicious box of chocolates, all with a hand written note from the Elizabeth Shaw team.

Elizabeth Shaw is inviting everyone and anyone to submit their nomination to www.elizabethshaw.co.uk/special-moment, where you can give someone chocolates to say thank you, well done or congratulations. One lucky winner will also win a spa break for two, so they can celebrate their special moment even further.
The team at Elizabeth Shaw are looking for genuine celebratory moments and special things people have done. So if your family or friend has a wedding coming up or perhaps has recently given birth or you just want to give them something special then visit the special microsite.

To nominate someone to receive a special moment’s gift just visit the website and follow the 3 easy steps; choose who you would like to nominate, write a brief reason why you think they deserve a luxury gift box of chocolates and then press send. Simple as that!
For more information and terms and conditions visit www.elizabethshaw.co.uk/special-moment closing date for entries 22nd November 2015. Winners will be picked weekly. All weekly winners will also be entered into a prize draw to win one night’s spa break for two people.

Sounds good doesn't it so pop over and nominate someone, I have nominated my daughter Paige who helps me with Granny without complaint or being asked, a smile and a true love for her Great Grandma and because she cares about me.

To win some Elizabeth Shaw chocolates here just tell me who you nominated on the site if you did and please tell me the lovely story behind the nomination. If you do not nominate, tell me who it might be.

Good luck on the big competition and good luck with our one here.

Please enter via the easy peasy Rafflecopter. All you have to do is following on Bloglovin and comment below.

Ends 18/09 at midnight.

  3. I nominated my beloved dad who despite his own health concerns at the age of 84 has been my rock whilst recovering from a severe depressive order. I had never had the illness before and was a high achiever in a good job - the illness stripped me of my individuality and left me floundering. My dad was there every inch of the way as I clawed my way out of that abyss aided by some amazing medical and nursing professionals. Never judgemental, always there to listen even when I was rambling, he helped give me my identity back. I'm 99% recovered now and am told I have as much chance of getting it again as any other individual but the part my dad played has been monumental and I wouldn't have got this far without him xxxx
