I was sent the new Cadbury Dairy Milk Puddles, a totally unique chocolate bar made up of eight rippled Cadbury Dairy Milk puddle shapes filled with a liquid flavoured centre. Now a lot of the time the fillings in chocolate bars are not very liquid, still nice but do not really ooze. Cadbury chocolate experts, have taken two years to perfect to ensure the liquid centres are perfectly contained within the delicious chocolatey shell.
The two flavours are hazelnut, Chris loves any chocolate with a nut flavour and I honed in on the mint. As always if you are a Cadbury lover like I am, the chocolate creamy exterior is still the star of the show for me and over the last few years I have tried some amazing varieties. Popping candy, Oreos, Daim etc. Cadbury often do something completely different and these bars are an example.
It does really puddle as you can see, loved the real indulgence of these bars, it reminded me of chocolate liqueurs, except I am not so keen on those. The mint went perfectly with the milk chocolate, I actually prefer it to dark. Chris was quite silent, which means it was good, too good to talk!!
Sorry no more shots as we were too busy eating it and we love it!!
Matthew Williams, Marketing Director at Mondelez International said “New Cadbury Dairy Milk Puddles is the perfect indulgent treat to share with your family or friends. We wanted to create something different for our fans and with the delicious soft centres in each puddle, we’re confident Cadbury Dairy Milk Puddles will become a new go-to favourite.”
