As a carer I seem to sleep with one ear open, much as most Mums do with little ones, I wake if i hear my Grandma up and about in the night. So I have issues with sleep, some nights suffering with really disturbed nights, which in turn lead to broken weeks of sleep.
A few things have made it better, trying trusted tips, not having a drink before bed, turning off my laptop and phone helps to allow my mind to wind down.
With the clocks recently going forward this too has had an impact I am sure on many of us.
Soon we’ll all be able to enjoy long, light summer evenings but this does come at a price for many, especially the loss of an hours sleep until our bodies adjust.
Febreze Sleep Serenity invited me to be one step ahead of the game and make Febreze Sleep Serenity part of my bedtime ritual before the clock change and reap the benefits of a good night’s sleep on Monday morning. Look out for my giveaway coming up too.
The Febreze Sleep Serenity collection has been designed specifically for the bedroom. Its calming scents help create a soothing bedtime atmosphere ideal for relaxation and a more peaceful night’s rest. The Febreze Sleep Serenity range comes in three delicious scents – Moonlit Lavender, Warm Milk & Honey and Quiet Jasmine - that will help you slowly head to the land of nod.
I have been trying the Moonlit Lavender and the Quiet Jasmine, I love the Lavender, already well known for its restful properties. I find this one gives a lovely not overly powerful fragrance, the Jasmine is my favourite, the scent is light and soothing, perfect for bedtime.
I have been using the bedroom mists in both scents, but there are also plug ins which I am going to buy for Granny's room and mine as I think switched on mid evening may help us both. A fabric spray makes up the range, for an extra soothing boost!
If you are interested in trying any of the range, check out Supersavvyme for a £1 off voucher
There is a fab competition running on Twitter last day today to win a Febreze #sleephappy hamper and Silentnight mattress! Follow @FebrezeUK and tweet your sleepy selfie and include #sleephappy.
Here is mine, haha they will hopefully feel sorry for me.
Keep an eye out for the giveaway coming soon!
