  19. Cleanse tone and moisturise morning and night. Use a good antiwrinkle cream and a good eye cream. Always but the best you can affort. Always remember your neck and chest... they always seem to get forgotten.

    if you are forgetful, leave a packet of face wipes by your bed so you remember!

  21. My beauty tips don't seem to be doing me much good at the moment, I have winter skin! I'm prone to excema and dry skin and no matter how healthy my diet and water intake and regular moisturing I'm looking a bit rough at the moment haha!

  25. For dry winter hands, rub Olive oil into them then put polythene bags over them for about 15 mins. They are lovely and soft after this treatment.

  36. Drink loads of water. When I was at school (many years ago) I was the only one that didn't get spots/acne a lot. Because I've always drunk loads of water (not diabetic or anything - it has been normal for me for years). Good luck to everyone :) :D

  82. I use coconut oil in my hair once a week to keep is healthy and shiny. Just apply a small amount of coconut oil in towel dried hair, comb thru and let dry =) x

  86. Always wear a SPF cream of factor 30, or above, on your face, even on dull days, and, in winter too, not forgetting to apply to your neck..in your later years you'll be glad that you did..the sun's rays, even when it's 'not out' are so damaging to your skin!
