Closed Manatomicals Grooming Range Review Ends 24th June

I bring you something for the men this time and its a lovely grooming range with a great sense of fun. If you remember I have reviewed Anatomicals a great skincare range, Tanatomicals for golden skin without the risk of burning. From the same home comes Manatomicals

Manatomicals is available now from Waitrose (selected lines) and Boots stores nationwide.
Guaranteed to pamper with attitude, each of the six paraben free sprucers offers seriously great smelling and excellent performing formulations for real men, all packaged in not-so-serious fun and funky and deeply ironic packaging.

Whats great are the funny captions on the packaging. 'Young Free and Tingle' and 'For a Mug that's Everyones Cup Of Tea' are just two that make me giggle. Its certainly a range to give the men in our lives more reading material for the bathroom! (What is it, with men needing to read in there?)

I was sent some of the range for the men in my house, so a review from more than just me this time.
The range looks manly, serious black bottles and primary colours to make men feel safe, no pastels or hearts here. I sent Chris off to the bathroom to try some out.

Firstly, I have to type whats on the back of the Young Free and Tingle wash.

Time flies. Soon you'll no longer be the callow youth in the mirror. You'll be old and divorced. Again. You won't be free from anything, including pain, taxes (100 will be the new retirement age), and mortgage payments you will still be paying when you're 6 feet under. As for feeling a pleasant tingle in any part of your body, well, you will be lucky. Still, that's all to look forward to. Right here and now, you can enjoy showering with this invigorating gel to really wake you up. You mean you actually go to bed? You lightweight.

This made everybody laugh and the verdict from Chris was that it smells "proper manly", to me its minty, herbal and smells soapy on his skin, really clean. It does tingle but he wouldn't titillate me any further with details.

He also said"It's  too frothy either" I think this is man speak for not too much lather, which was fitting a male grooming product. I pored some out into my hand  and noticed he never mentioned it was pink!! Hmmm.

The 'Gets you Clean Like Rehab Can't' has a real strong peppermint scent really lovely and Chris commented this was tingly too. This wash is  a manly green and he preferred this fragrance, it makes his hair smell great too.

The Shave Balm was a success, Chris can get terribly sore skin with some shaving sessions and this really soothed his skin as did the Shave Cream. We all loved the fragrance, sorry I can't really describe it apart from it actually smells like a really good designer aftershave.
The prices are great too, all priced from £.50 to £4.50, so for those men who are a little more tight  frugal men, its good for the pocket too!

Get’s You Clean Like Rehab Can’t Detox Hair and Body Wash (£3.50, 300ml) available from Boots.
This bathroom buddy will detox your hair and body like Batman and Robin solve crime. This dynamic duo rolled into one will Zap! Pow! Kapow! and Sploosh! the evil body odours that are lurking so you can restore a bit of balance to your mind as well as Gotham City... we mean your bathroom.
Are You Looking To Get Picked Up? Energy Hair/Body Wash (£3.50, 300ml) available from Waitrose and Boots
This minty fresh hair and body wash will get you into a right lather, have you smelling great and jump-start you in time for work.

Young, Free and Tingle Wake Up Hair/Body Wash (£3.50, 300ml) available from Waitrose and Boots

This invigorating body wash will give you a wake-up call like no other and leave you feeling fresh, revitalized and ready to face the day ahead.

For A Mug That’s Everyone’s Cup Of tea Exfoliating Face Wash (100ml, £4.50) available from Boots.
Give your mug a good scrub and remove pore-clogging critters with this stimulating exfoliating face wash. Dull as dish water skin cells will be scrubbed away leaving your face as a smooth as a James Bond chat up line.
No More Cuts. A (Bathroom) Cabinet Promise. Shave Gel (£125ml, £4.00) available from Boots.

The only close shave that you’ll experience with this cabinet member is the one that will get you looking mighty fine for a night out on the lash with your mates. With the guarantee of super-smooth, no-nick, fuzz-free skin this super shave gel is certain to deliver its manifesto promise of no more cuts (for your face that is). A cabinet member that keeps its promise. Who knew.
Avoid The Morning Rash Hour After Shave Balm (100ml, £4.00) available from Boots
Let’s face it, shaving rash is never a good look. Avoid the burn of freshly-shaved skin, embarrassing redness, irritation and shouts of “oi tomato face” from your mates by slathering this soothing aftershave balm over your face after shaving. You’ll be left with skin that’s soft-to-touch and a total babe magnet.

I love that Anatomicals have brought out the man range as its high time they stopped taking themselves so seriously!

  9. I love the Tanatomical range from Anatomical, so I'm presuming these are just as good, perfect for making it look like I've got a great tan.
Being a milky white skinnned red head, me & the sun aren't the best of friends & I cover up whilst everyone is doing the opposite, its just not worth the pain, so using Tanatomicals give me the look I desire.
Thanks for another fabbytastical giveaway xx

I am not offended, just wondering why really" and he said in his country, a lot of men have my name and he had never heard of a woman with my name before. He thought I was really unusual...But at least now I know.

I'm entering this for my husband. There are loads of funny stories I could tell about him, when we met it was halloween and he was dressed as a werewolf and had glued bits of carpet all over himself. The first night we met he was poledancing in full werewolf costume in our local nightclub! He loves to dance which I think can be quite unusual for a man at times!
