SODASTREAM CELEBRATE BRITAIN NEW DRINKS MAKER

So here I am with all my patriotic products and starting to feel really excited for the Jubilee celebrations.
I am so hoping this weather will give Her Majesty a break as it will be so much nicer to see the royal Flotilla on the Thames in glorious sunshine!

Whatever the weather does do, I will be sipping a Pimms and lemonade and I aim to make my lemonade in this fabulous new SodaStream Celebrate Britain, isn't it perfect for this year. I am being sent one so I will be sure to let you see a picture then. As somebody said its four weeks to the Jubilee, so I wanted you to have a sneak peek now!

With over one million Brits closing off the streets and hosting their very own Royal Wedding celebrations last year; street party fever is sure to hit a high again this summer as the nation prepare to celebrate yet another Royal occasion, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and one of the world’s greatest sporting events the Olympics later on this summer. SodaStream’s new Celebrate Britain machine (RRP. £69.99) adorned with the iconic red, white and blue design of the Union Jack is perfect to mark the occasion, and is sure to take pride of place at any Jubilee street party.

If you’re stuck for what to provide your guests at the fizziest street party in town, then look no further than SodaStream; whether you’re a lemonade lover, a champion of the cherry or just crazy about cream soda! With over 40 flavours to choose from in the extensive flavour range, soft drink lovers who want to celebrate all things British will have an endless choice.

Those with an environmental conscience will also be able to party without a worry for the streets – a SodaStream drinks maker and reusable carbonating bottle can save up to 2,000 disposable bottles and cans. Using a SodaStream at your street shindig encourages the process of ‘pre-cycling’; avoiding the high usage of plastic bottles in the first instance and saving the need to recycle after use, therefore saving you having to organise a big street clean-up afterwards!

With this year also seeing the Royal couple of the year celebrate their first anniversary, the Union Jack drinks maker is the perfect present for Wills & Kate fans. Or for those who are celebrating their very own union, the limited edition drinks maker will make an ideal wedding anniversary gift. So why not add some extra fizz to summer this May, and help Britain celebrate with this limited edition drinks maker.

Fiona Hope, Managing Director of SodaStream UK comments: “SodaStream’s roots are firmly founded in British soil with the first drinks maker invented in 1903 by British inventor Guy Gilbey. As this year is such a celebratory time for the UK, we’re thrilled to be releasing an exciting twist on a classic British invention. We’re also very pleased to be providing a more environmentally sustainable option for street parties – our reusable carbonating drinks bottles will produce substantially less waste than is usually associated with such events.”

SodaStream drinks makers provide an easy, convenient and cost-effective way to transform ordinary tap water into delicious carbonated soft drinks and sparkling water at home. Eliminating the need for single use bottles and cans, just one SodaStream bottle can save up to 2,000 shop bought bottles and cans.

  5. OMG This looks fab!!!! We had a soda stream when I was little - during the 80's!!! I remember it was orange and white and we made cola, lemonade, cherryade, orangeade and limeade!!! This one looks o modern though! I was thinking about getting the kids one for the summer. he kids don't drink a lot of pop but it would be handy for when I have family around for bbqs (I have 7 nieces and nephews under 8 plus my 4 children!). Adding a blob of ice-cream to fizzy pop is a great idea for kids too!
