  4. Hehe I grabbed wine and cake, defeated the two hours exercise in seconds!!

    It was at the end of a two hour ride to get fit, last hill and I put my tired leg down to push and it had abandoned me and left a jelly in its place.
    I slowly and gracefully (yeah right) fell on my knee and rolled onto my back like a turtle. Shoe ove otherside of bridge.
    Hubby was tender concerned he really was great, helped me home, bathed my knee then when friend came round laughed his socks off. Proceeded to do dying turtle impressions and action replays.
    He is making the roast dinner as penance!!
